A big shout out to the Lambton Shores Dragon Boat Club for hosting our Bluewater Hawks U18 team! Cathy, you & your club members treated us to a great evening on the water!
We traded our skates in for some paddles one night in September. The goal for the night was to have some fun and work on our team building skills, without falling into the waters of Port Franks! For many on our team, a whole new environment of challenges! We spent the 1st part of our night skill building and learning to working in unison with certain paddling strokes to create more power which in turn provides more speed!
As the sun set, the 2 Bluewater Hawks boats were given the command to "Take it away!" A little competition of who could make it back to shore 1st.
