U18A, U18, 2024-2025 (Bluewater Hawks Girls Hockey)

4 for 4!!  the U18A Hawks won their 4th straight tournament in Durham with a convincing 2-1 victory over Kanata in the final.  The team started strong outscoring their opponents 13-0 in the Friday games. Despite an unusually wobbly Saturday, the team still qualified for the semi's and brought their A game on Sunday to claim the Gold medal.

u18A keeps on rolling.  After winning all 4 tournaments entered the season, the team successfully defended the Gold Medal Championship win over the Durham West Lightning in a hard fought 1-0 final in the Southern League Playoffs. After facing serious competition from St. Catherine's, Ancaster and Kitchener, the Hawks went on to represent our region successfully.  Next up... the Provincials.

The Hawks continue to soar with another tournament victory.  This time securing their 2nd straight International Silver Stick championship with another undefeated performance.  After a sluggish 0-0 tie to start the new year, the team got back on track and outscored their opponents 21-4 in the next 5 games including a 3-1 victory over Mississauga in the final. 

Another great weekend performance by the Hawks as they claim their second tournament championship.   The team went 6-0 with 23 goals for and 3 against including a decisive 4-0 victory over Brampton in the finals. Way to go team!

Congratulations to the u18A Bluewater Hawks on their first banner of the year. Tournament champions at the Oakville Harvest Classic U18A tournament.  16 goals for 1 against while going undefeated in 6 games.  Way to go team!

Congratulations to the following players who will be representing the Bluewater Hawks U18 A for the 2024/25 season.    It's going to be an incredible year.   Note:  the evaluation skate tonight (Friday May 3) has been cancelled as the final roster has been determined
