Bantam B Wins Gold in Ancaster
The Bluewater Hawks Bantam B team have won gold at the Ancaster Fall Shootout.
The tournament started out with a strong but unsuccessful game against the hometown Ancaster Avalanche. The team had a dominate game but due to a couple bad bounces, ended up tied after regulation time and losing in a shootout. After that tough loss, the team rebounded to not allow another goal for the rest of the tournament. It was a total team effort with unbelievable defense, strong back checking and great goaltending. The coaching staff could not be more proud of the team.
