Peewee C Silver Medalists in Toronto!
For the 3rd time this year, our Peewee C girls bring home a Silver Medal! We travelled to Toronto this weekend for the 36th Annual Toronto Leaside Wildcats March Madness Tournament. Our girls gutted it out big time and made their presence known as the only "C" team in a Peewee "B" group at this very large Toronto Tournament! Our Hawks Defeated the Etobicoke Dolphins "B" twice, and the home town Toronto Leaside Wildcats "B" to advance to the championship game against the Sault Ste. Marie Storm. We faced the Soo in the preliminary round and realized what a talented and tough team they are. Our girls showed up this evening and battled hard. We are beyond proud of our girls as they stood tall and took their silver medals! The parents and coaching staff witnessed another display of class and effort this weekend. Very Well Done Girls! Congratulations.
