COVID-19 Update: Strathroy-Caradoc Protocols & OWHA Update
Submitted By Website Administrator on Thursday, September 16, 2021
Please review the following Strathroy-Caradoc COVID-19 Facility Rental Protocols as well as the OWHA COVID19 Update:

Pre-screening Questionnaire: All participants, instructors and spectators must complete a pre-screening questionnaire utilizing the onsite tablets or by scanning the QR code once on site or just prior to coming to the facility

Proof of Vaccination: As of September 22, 2021, all people entering municipal recreation facilities will be required to show proof of vaccination plus the 2 week waiting period, unless they are eligible for an exemption.

Proof of vaccination will include the government issued vaccination receipt and documentation issued by an institution or public body provided it includes the name of the holder and date of birth. It does not need to be a photo ID.

** O. Reg. 364/20 provides an exemption
for Patrons under 18 years of age who are entering the indoor premises of a facility used for sports and recreational fitness activities solely for the purpose of actively participating in an organized sport (applies to on ice training, practices, games and competitions).

Face Coverings:
Face coverings are mandatory for anyone who enters the facility.  They are also required outside the facility when physical distancing can’t be maintained.

Physical Distancing:
Always abide by the 2 metre physical distancing rule

Arrival:
You may arrive 30 minutes prior to your activity time and you must depart within 10-15 minutes of the completion of your activity time.
