Bluewater Hawks PeeWee HL are WOGHL PeeWee C/HL Playoff Champions!
After finishing first in the playoff round robin. The girls found themselves facing a very tough Zorra team in the finals. Game 1 of the 3 game series was held at the west Middlesex arena in Strathroy. The Hawks played a great game and won 2-0.
Game 2 was held last night in Thamesford.
Both teams came out flying, but the Hawks Struck first! Grace M opened the scoring early when she tucked one behind Zorra's goaltender! The Hawks held the lead until the last minute of the first when Zorra tied the score at 1. It was well into the second when a determined Grace M Scored again after receiving a pass from Elizabeth V. The third period saw lots of end to end action, but neither team could solve the goaltenders. The final score was 2-1.

On Easter Weekend the Hawks will do battle one last time in the Brampton Canadettes Tournament!!
