Friday night invite skate
Ladies, thank you again for all of your hard work and effort last night. As I stated before the tryout, yesterdays skate was designed to start to seperate and break down individual strengths and weaknesses.
The drills that were worked on last night allowed those who I had evaluating an opportunity to watch your puck defending capabilities, your ability to work the boards effectively and gave a strong indication on your individual puck skills and ability to make space. All of which are key components to have success at the Midget A level. At this time we have shortened the tryout list for tonights skate. For those that did not make this list thank you for your effort and we encourage you to continue in your hockey paths. Remember that hockey is a passion that can and should be enjoyed throughout your life.
